Description
In one sentence
Through the Prism is a first-person co-op escape game for two players, where nobody sees the whole problem.
In a few lines
Through the Prism is a first-person co-op escape game, designed for exactly two players. Every puzzle relies on what one player sees, hears, knows or can do, and the other cannot. You have to describe things to each other, realise you are not always looking at the same reality, then pull it off together.
Voice chat is part of the rules: built into the game, it behaves as it would in a real room. Distance fades it, a pane of glass cuts it, and some puzzles make the pair invent another way to understand each other.
After a shared tutorial, a central hub opens onto six independent zones, each built around a power that exists only there. There is no game over: a mistake makes you retry a sequence, never lose your progress.
The game is developed by Alexis, on his own, at his studio Between Minds in Montpellier. Planned for Steam in the first half of 2027.
